Learning to express how you feel is an important part of a healthy life. It can help you to have better relationships and get along better at work. Being able to recognize and state how you feel in words may lower your own sense of anger or being frustrated or overwhelmed.
Since 2001 I have been serving our community by providing individual, marriage and family therapy.
It is my mission to help others heal and grow as they face the struggles of life. I believe the best way for me to achieve this goal is to provide talk therapy to individuals and families. Also I teach workshops on mental health topics about living an abundant life.
